Pfeuti is a jazz fourtet based in Tokyo, Japan.

The band formed in '97 and started playing around Tokyo in '98. After some personnel changes, the line up settled as Peter (bass), Naomi (drums), Kunugi (tenor sax, clarinet) and Nick (alto sax, melodica, sampler, effects, etc.).

In March '98 Nick left the band to move back to the UK. Goodbye Nick! Pfeuti recruited the talents of Cal on guitar and sampler. Welcome Cal!
